Bloom Signature is our Tyler home for adults who want shared living to feel more like home: fewer residents, private or companion rooms, and common-area housekeeping included.
Some Bloom Signature photos are virtually staged to show how rooms can be furnished. Furnishings may vary by room.
Many people like the idea of shared living, with company, lower costs, and less to manage alone, but worry about how it will feel day to day.
More housemates means more noise, more traffic in the kitchen, and less quiet.
When no one is responsible for shared spaces, they show it.
Adult children want to know the home is kept up and that someone checks in.
Everything in Bloom Essentials, plus the things that make a home feel calmer and better kept.
A smaller household means a quieter home and more room in shared spaces.
Choose a private room, or a companion room shared with one other resident and priced per resident.
The kitchen, living areas, and shared bathrooms are cleaned for you.
Your room is furnished, and electric, water, gas, and internet are included.
A one-time $650 community fee covers getting your room ready and your move-in supplies.
Meal prep, errands, appointment reminders, and routine updates for family, if you want them. Non-clinical and billed separately.

Your review and tour are free, and you don't have to decide on the spot. If Signature isn't the right fit, we'll tell you, and Bloom Essentials or another option may be.

Signature rooms are limited because the home has fewer residents. Start with the short form for yourself or a family member.

For adults who live independently and don't need daily personal or medical care, a full-care setting can mean paying for care you don't use. Here is how Bloom compares with Texas median costs.
Texas figures are statewide medians from the CareScout 2025 Cost of Care Survey for Texas (released March 2026): assisted living $67,200 a year and a semi-private nursing home room $67,525 a year, divided by 12. Local prices vary by community. Bloom fees are starting rates; optional Household Support is billed separately.
With support added: a Bloom Essentials companion room ($750) plus Enhanced Household Support ($749) comes to about $1,499 a month. Household Support is help around the house, not a substitute for the care an assisted living community or nursing home provides.
An honest note: Bloom House Living is not assisted living or a nursing home, and our team doesn't provide hands-on personal care, medications, or nursing care. Residents who qualify can receive in-home services from a licensed provider they choose. If someone needs round-the-clock care, a licensed care setting is the right choice, and we're glad to help you think through options.
We work with referral partners across East Texas. If a Bloom home isn't the right fit, or a room isn't open when you need it, we'll help you look at other placement options instead of leaving you with a no.

Good to know: Bloom House Living is shared housing where you live on your own, under a license-to-occupy agreement. It isn't an assisted living facility, nursing home, treatment program, or halfway house. We don't help with bathing, dressing, toileting, or medicine, and we don't provide nursing, 24-hour supervision, or emergency response. If you need that kind of care, you pick your own licensed provider.
Bloom House Living is a collection of homes run by JDE Housing Solutions, a local East Texas company founded by Jessilyn Z. Edwards. Before housing, Jessilyn worked in healthcare benefits and insurance, including Medicare, Medicaid, and benefits navigation, so she knows how fixed incomes and paperwork really work. When you call, you reach the local team that runs the homes.
No. Residency is under a license-to-occupy agreement with written house rules, not a lease.
A one-time community fee is due before move-in: $300 for Bloom Essentials and $650 for Bloom Signature. It covers getting your room ready and your move-in supplies.
No. Many apartments ask for income of 2 to 3 times the monthly cost. We don't. Your income needs to cover your monthly occupancy fee, and we review every situation individually.
We work with referral partners across East Texas. If a Bloom home isn't the right fit, or a room isn't open, we'll help you look at other placement options.
No. Household Support is optional, not medical care, and billed separately from the occupancy fee.
Our team doesn't provide hands-on personal care. If you qualify for in-home attendant services through Medicaid or insurance, we'll help you apply, and you choose your own licensed provider.
Every resident gets a 30- to 60-day bus pass to get started, help applying for and renewing SNAP, Medicaid, and Medicare, and referrals to local programs.
Both include a furnished room, utilities, and Wi-Fi. Signature homes have fewer residents and include common-area housekeeping.
